TOK’s dance-mix LOUIE

Talking of the island’s top boyband, VP Records are finally gearing up for the release of Unknown Language (VP, CD, U.S.), TOK’s much-anticipated second album. It’s a cracker, bursting with big tunes including the gorgeous “Footprints”, on Donovan “Vendetta” Bennett’s Drop Leaf rhythm, and “Dèjá Vu”, a hilarious combination with Shaggy, based around the hook from dumbrock classic “Louie Louie”. If this isn’t a summer smash, I swear I’ll start buying M.I.A. records.
