Here’s the word on the recent Sonics shows in London, courtesy of my pal Chester Rocket of the UK:
It was AMAZING!!!!
And yes, they did do THAT SONG, and boy was it good !
(sorry for those that weren’t there, but it was a proper occasion, and they did not disappoint…. check out youtube)
Also I had a sneak preview of their session on Mark Lamarr show on BBC Radio 2 –
I think it is going out on Saturday(EP: It’s online right now) – it’s really good make sure you catch it.

EP they were just brilliant….
Was there with 2 friends and several thousand others – we all had a great
time, and like I say a real sense of occasion, you could feel it in the air
as soon as you got off the tube…
They just played it dead straight, like the past 40 years never happened,
Larry was even using his old guitar 🙂
