It&#8217;s a cheap thrill, but I enjoy doing it.  I like to google myself.  Who would bother to mention ME in their webpages, anyway?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koti.mbnet.fi\/wdd\/\">Wang Dang Dula!<\/a> is a fun webpage to see my name acknowledged.  &#8220;Butcher&#8221; Pete Hoppula has assembled quite a collection of pages dedicated to the wild side of rock &#8216;n&#8217; roll music.<\/p>\n<p>The first section to catch my eye was something called&#8230; <a href=\"http:\/\/koti.mbnet.fi\/wdd\/\"><br \/>\nFILTHY WORLD OF ROCK&#8217;N&#8217;ROLL LYRICS !<br \/>\nMore or less questionable pieces of early rock&#8217;n&#8217;roll, blues, r&#8217;n&#8217;b &#038; country music<\/a><\/p>\n<p>After that, I found a lot of <a href=\"http:\/\/koti.mbnet.fi\/wdd\/discographies.htm\">great discographies <\/a> by some underated artists I really enjoy- R.L. Burnside <em>(rest in peace, R.L.)<\/em>, Hasil Adkins, Davie Allan &#038; the Arrows, Roy Buchanan, Sugar Pie De Santo, Bobby Fuller, Screamin&#8217; Jay Hawkins, Long John Hunter, the Sonics, the Wailers, and a TON of great musicians that truly deserve to be in the &#8220;rock and roll hall of fame&#8221; long before the various haircut bands of the 80&#8217;s should ever be inducted if talent, not marketing, was the main requirement of such an organization. <\/p>\n<p>The real bonus was finding an excellent <a href=\"http:\/\/koti.mbnet.fi\/wdd\/richardberry.htm\">Richard Berry discography<\/a> with songs I didn&#8217;t even know about!
