Smashing Pumpkins<\/strong> on Halloween? That sounds like a perfect combination to me! On October 31, 2008, the night yours truly was witnessing the Sonics<\/strong> do their big homecoming reunion show in Seattle, the Smashing Pumpkins<\/strong> embarked on the first night of their 20th anniversary tour. The location was the Newport Music Hall in Columbus, Ohio.<\/p>\n

As luck would have it, this performance was preserved for posterity by not one, but four dedicated video archivists, shared with the world via YouTube….<\/p>\n
